Prior to arrival I checked that there was a sofa bed and I also ordered a fold away bed. On arrival the sofa bed was made up but there was no fold away bed. One was provided at a cost of $20 a night but I was also charged $35 a night to use the sof bed. The rooms needed a good cleaning and the frying pan still had the fat and remnants of the previous guests meal congealing in it. The staff and management where very quick to fix any problem and where most helpful.

First time stayers and reallly enjoyed the room. Suited our requirements perfectly. Only thing to suggest was we were there for 4 nights and the towels were only changed once.

Booking & payment for the room was easier than expected as was the size of the apartment, quite spacious. Would stay there again and would certainly recommend to others. Overall great value for money although don't quite understand/appreciate why the additional cost for Fri/Sat nights stays. Other serviced apartments offer a flat rate for more than 7 day stays.

Liked: the convenience of its location, security, privacy and the option of secure parking
Disliked: uncertainity of a \'visitor\' car space being available when returning to premises.

Initially I was put off by some of the negative reviews however went ahead with our booking and so happy we did. Who changes their sheets every day along with towels and if this is what you wish to happen be prepared to pay the price. Central location, secure parking, user friendly and overall excellent value for money.

stayed for 4 nights and location was great,very close to the rocks,quay,china town, it looks a noisy area but with door closed and aircon on it was quiet as a library, the girls in reception were great, helpfull and always had a smile for us. we loved the place

It is a very centrally located to Sydney CBD. Walking distance from Wynyard train station, convinient store, banks, etc. Walking distance to Opera House, Darling Harbor and The Rocks. However, they could improve on some services such as replacing hand towels, bath towels everyday. Also they don\'t make your bed everyday nor pickup trash everyday. Vaccum service was once a week. We stay for 7 nights so we had to cleanup ourselves... Also we stayed for 7 nights and couldnt get a room with balcony... Balcony would have been nice. Heat does not go all the way to bedroom since the A/c is in living area.

These are some of the small corks but overall it\'s not bad for the price!

overall, for the rate that we paid, i think we got one of the best locations in sydney cbd, walking distance to darling harbour, the rocks, wynward station, circular quay. couldn\'t complain. if you want a suggestion, then pls improve on daily bath towel, hand towel, shampoo and soap replacements. This didnt happen on daily basis during our stay.

I Didnt like the location, It was right under a freeway. Our room was right on the street so very loud at night. There was a car accident out the front and I was worried the whole time that a car would come crashing trough the wall. There is not really much around the area everything is a good walk away which would be ok in the warmer weather.

for the price that we paid the stay was very pleasant. one of the best so far

Disliked: no dishwashing tablet things for the dishwasher, and the diswashing liquid and sponge werent very good. and a slightly bigger sauce pan would have been nice but that is all!

Nice enough but for a serviced apartment, the fridge was too small especially since it had mini-bar things in it already. The fridge smelt disgusting too.

The location was great, so central to most things. The view of Kings Wharf and Harbour a bonus.

Positive experience. Efficient and nobstrusive service. Has to dig deep for negatives.
Room has a stale smell. The fire alarm was dangling from ceiling. Empty water jug and ice trays in fridge. Would like better sound system.

We were very happy with our stay. Apartment was fantastic. If we had to make a comment for improvement, it would be to have more cooking utensils i.e. pans or bigger pots. Or at least be advised prior to our stay that it was limited and we should bring our own.
